Adrian Blader is the Assistant Director for the Center on Community Health Policy and Services at the Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA). They are responsible for analyzing health equity-related policy directives, supporting members to implement health equity and diversity initiatives, and managing GNYHA’s Summer Enrichment Program, a paid internship opportunity that promotes racial and ethnic diversity in health care management. Before joining GNYHA, they worked at NYC Health + Hospitals/ South Brooklyn Health as the program manager for the hospital’s Community Health Worker Program. Mx. Blader received a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MPH from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy.
